Collaboration/Swarming: Engage peers or subject matter experts in real-time (Swarm) or formally to assist with case progression while retaining ownership. Accept and participate in collaboration requests from others without pushback.
Escalation: If progress towards resolution has ceased despite collaboration efforts, and if mentoring has been leveraged, initiate the escalation process. Involve Technical Advisors, Team Managers, or CSAMs for guidance as needed.
